In general, RadMD.com is available for real-time authorization and consultation services during business hours, defined as follows:
Monday through Friday
Pacific Time Zone: 2 a.m. through 9 p.m.
Eastern Time Zone: 5 a.m. through 12 midnight
Saturday
Pacific Time Zone: 5 a.m. through 10 a.m.
Eastern Time Zone: 8 a.m. through 1 p.m.
Frequently, RadMD.com is available beyond these times. However, no guarantees are made that the site will be up and running outside the above business hours. If we know that RadMD.com will be down for maintenance, we will post a message on the user menu ahead of time warning of the outage.
