By voluntarily undergoing a third-party accreditation and certification process, we not only demonstrate the quality of our products, but we commit to an ongoing spirit of improvement - continually adjusting our business to the industry's latest best practices.
We are URAC Accredited and NCQA Certified in Utilization Management, and we are fully certified to handle all of the protected health information we receive in the course of our operations.
National Committee for Quality
Assurance: The NCQA is a private, non-profit organization,
dedicated to improving health care quality. NCQA Utilization
Management Certification is a voluntary quality assessment program
that focuses on consumer protection and customer service
improvement.
NIA is NCQA Utilization Management certified until March 26, 2012*.

Utilization Review Accreditation
Commission: URAC, an independent, nonprofit organization,
is well known as a leader in promoting health care quality through
its accreditation and certification programs. The URAC
accreditation process demonstrates a commitment to quality services
and serves as a framework to improve business processes through
benchmarking organizations against nationally recognized
standards.
NIA is URAC Health Utilization Management certified until Dec. 1, 2013.
American Business "Stevie" Award: In 2008, we received an American Business "Stevie" Award for our customer Web tool, known as the Customer Dashboard. The Dashboard is a reporting tool that allows our health plan and government agency customers to view operational statistics and other data in a user-friendly graphic format.
