TTY Hearing Impaired - 711 Relay Calls

TTY Hearing Impaired / 711 Relay Calls are initiated by the member. When a member dials 711 to be connected with a relay operator, they can ask the relay operator to be connected to any number they need.  The relay operator will speak on behave of the caller and relay back to the caller.  If you would like to see a demonstration on how this feature works, click here.
