Effective January 1, 2026, AmeriHealth Caritas Next, a product of AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana, Inc., will partner with Evolent to launch the Evolent advanced imaging and diagnostic cardiolovascular prior authorization program in Louisiana for members of all ages. This program applies to all ordering providers for non-emergent procedures requiring authorization for CT/CTA, MRI/MRA, PET scans, MUGA scans, CCTA, and myocardial perfusion imaging.
