Hot Topic:  ALLIANCE PROGRAM SUNSET: Effective March 1, 2026, Evolent will no longer manage prior authorizations for any specialty for Alliance Health Plan members. Please contact the health plan directly to confirm prior authorization requirements and processes to follow starting March 1st.
