Welcome to the HMSA (Hawai'i Medical Service Association) Health Plan page. The documents below have been designed to help RadMD users navigates the prior authorization process for each program Evolent is responsible for. Effective 1/16/25: Evolent is aware that some providers are unable to get through to the call center. While we investigate the root cause, we recommend using a cellular phone rather than a landline and reporting the issue directly to your telecommunications provider. If you continue to have difficulty, please email HMSAProviderConcerns@Evolent.com.
